How does the online booking process work?

With the search widget on our website, customers can search by entering the check-in and check-out dates and the number of people. The system lists the current prices entered in the admin panel. After selecting the date and room, the customer can choose additional services (for example transfer). The payment is completed via iyzico payment page and the reservation is entered into the system. Both the customer and the user receive a notification e-mail.
